Do I need to pre-register for a class?It’s a great idea to register for class in advance through our live schedule, especially if you're running late (but please be on time haha!!). However, you can also sign into class when you arrive! If you're running late, know that we often close the doors 5 minutes into class. Some workshops do fill up, so for special events we encourage you to pre-register! Please note: when drop-in classes fill up and you don’t show up, we have to charge your class card since you are taking a spot from someone who could have joined the class otherwise - per our cancellation policy. Class series and workshops have their own cancellation policies included in your confirmation email!

What if I forgot my stretchy clothes?No problem! We have a selection of “community fitness clothing” of various sizes that get washed after each use. Help yourself, you don’t have to miss class!

Do you have props and mats I can use?Yes! We offer mats and props (blocks, blankets, bolsters, straps, eye pillows) at no additional charge. All mats are wiped down after each class and props are deep cleaned regularly. We use the amazing Manduka Pro-lite and Jade mats in the Main studio, and a mix in the Sun studio, for you mat geeks ;) We also have a selection of Manduka mats and props available for retail!

How do I use my gift card for yoga or workshops?If you would like to use your gift card for one of our studio offerings, let your class teacher know, or email info@blossomwellness.center with your gift card number and we can help apply it to your balance! PS: new and improved system coming soon!

How do I register for a class?It's easy! We use the user-friendly online platform "Union Fit" for all studio classes and events. You will find our live schedule here. Follow the prompts to register for the classes you want to attend! For more information click this link https://unionfit.helpscoutdocs.com/article/5-register-for-a-performance-class The mobile version of Union Fit works quite well! If you’re more of an app kinda person, you can check out: Union App for Apple and Union App for Android Please note that once logged into Union Fit, the platform easily allows you to register for classes from all the studios you attend that use this platform! Your feed will show daily schedules all in one place!

How do I get a receipt for my purchases?You will receive an automated email with all details upon registration. If you need to retrieve a receipt, follow these steps: First, be sure you're signed in to your Union account. Then, click My Account (in the upper right corner) > Orders . When you click Show against any order: You'll be able to Print or Save as a PDF. By following these steps, you can easily retrieve a copy of your receipt or invoice from your Union account!

How do I cancel my registration for a class?Cancel from your browser: Sign in to your Union account. Click on My Account located in the upper right-hand corner. Choose Registrations from your student navigation menu. Select "Cancel" from the drop-down menu next to the "Issued" status. Cancel from the Union App: Open the Union App. Select "Account" from the bottom menu bar. Click on "Registrations" Choose the class you wish to cancel. In an pinch, text our main line at: 802-552-0554. Please note that we can't always process last minute cancellation through phone, so try the above first!

Do you have changing rooms?Yes! Our main studio location has a changing room, bathrooms and a place to store belongings during class. Please do not leave valuables in the hallway, bring them in, we have beautiful cubbies for you!
