Safety Protocols and COVID-19
The safety and wellbeing of our
community is our top priority
Please take the time to read this page and understand what we are doing to keep our office safe for all. Know that we can always meet online for consultations and coaching, and more classes will be offered in hybrid format in the new year.
In alignment with CDC standards, we are taking necessary precautions to ensure your health + safety when you walk through our doors.
Masks are currently optional for all in-person classes and services. For one-on-one sessions like massage or coaching, you can request for your practitioner to wear a mask during your session.
You must reschedule your appointment and not attend in-person classes if you have the slightest symptoms, or have been exposed and not cleared. See our appointment cancellation special policy below, and please note that a lot of our classes will soon be available in the hybrid format, so you can always join us from home. Contact us if you have become ill after being at our Wellness Center.
What we are doing:
-
We are in tune with our own health and will not be at the office or studio if we have any COVID-19 related symptoms or potential exposure. Always check the studio schedule for the latest updates.
-
Keeping it clean! We have embraced protocols of sanitation that are happening in between each massage client, and stay on top of things in the studio.
-
As always, we wash our hands - A LOT!
-
Appropriate air purifiers are running in each room.
-
We continue to educate ourselves on new developments and safety recommendations and keep our procedures up to date.
-
We trust you to take the necessary precautions to keep us safe, too!
What we expect from you:
-
If you are sick/experience flu-like symptoms or shortness of breath, if you have been in contact with someone with symptoms or who has tested positive to COVID-19 :
-
you MUST reschedule your one-on-one appointment or cancel your class registration.
-
Please give us as much notice as possible if you are experiencing symptoms.
-
However, if you need to cancel and reschedule your appointment for health reasons within our 24 hour cancellation policy (or 2 hours policy for classes), there will be no penalty to you.
-
-
-
Follow CDC guidelines to reduce chances of propagation and contact us if you have any questions.
-
Complete and update your health intake forms (for massage/bodywork sessions):
-
All clients are required to complete a new digital health form even if they have already filled a paper version in the past. You will receive a link upon booking your appointment.
-
It is your responsibility to update this document with any new health information before each return appointment.
-
-
You are welcome to wear a face covering at your discretion. We do have disposable masks if you need one!
-
Please sanitize or thoroughly wash hands before entering our office. You can use the bathroom sink, or one of our many hand sanitizing stations, including one right by our massage office entrance door.
-
Only one client at a time is permitted in each room. If you arrive early for your appointment, please wait and we will guide you to your treatment room.
-
Trust that you are entering a clean, safe space for you to relax and rejuvenate!
If you have any questions, please contact us.
