Welcome to our annual April retreat!
We are so happy to be going back to the magical Sterling Forest Lodge and we hope you will join us!
We have found these weekend experiences to be so connective, heart opening and community building. We can't get enough of it!
This retreat will help us honor the change of the seasons and prepare for the awakening spring.
What are you ready for?
What is your heart's true desire?
What do you need to let go of to make room for that which you want to manifest?
The weekend includes:
Two comfy nights in this brand-new, intentionally built space. Spacious, gorgeous lodge, lovely rooms & movement studio. All rooms are double occupancy: each with two beds and a private bathroom (can be arranged into a single king bed if you are attending with a loved one).
Pure food goodness: organic, vegetarian and seasonally balancing meals, cooked with so much love and care (by our favorite chef, Andreas!) We partner with organic farms to provide you with fresh, local produce.
The experience: a gentle yet powerful container for connection and transformation:
All level yoga & meditation instruction & play
Guidance to dive deep and open your heart to facilitate insight, healing and growth
Authentic relating practices to build community
Time in nature & to rest
Did we mention the wood-fire sauna?? Yay!

About the location:
Sterling Forest Lodge is tucked away in the mountains above Stowe, Vermont on the ancestral lands of the Abenaki people. Our 30 acres offer miles of walking, hiking, biking, and skiing trails with close access to thousands of acres of pristine wild nature right behind the lodge.
The newly renovated Lodge is designed to inspire. The interior spaces are carefully crafted using local natural materials and decor drawn from the surrounding environment to bring the outside in.
Each room at the Lodge tells a different story. Stories of Vermont. Stories of nature. Stories of time. They are all designed with comfort and sustainability at the core as the owners have partnered with progressive, sustainable brands that put human health at the core of their product experiences.
