A spacious & powerful weekend of connection:
to your own beautiful heart & being
to each other in community
Yoga & meditation - Organic seasonal meals - Time in nature
Facilitated experiences to cultivate the facets of the heart
What would it be like to live fully from the heart, at all times? To be guided by our clear intuition and see the power of intention in action? How would that inform your experience, decision making, your interactions with others?
I want you to have a direct experience of the true love and light that you are. Your true being - beyond all the layers of ego and self-identification with emotions and such - is truly, in its essence, infinite and tremendous love.
Love with a big "L"!
Let’s do that together, shall we?
Let’s dive in and explore the tremendous potential of the heart, through movement, meditation and time-tested integration practices. Learn easy techniques to continue this expansion beyond the retreat and live the life you really desire.
"Reach out for, then embrace your heart consciousness,
tap into the power of the heart."
— Steven Redhead

Our home for the weekend:
The Sterling Forest Lodge

About the location:
Sterling Forest Lodge is tucked away in the mountains above Stowe, Vermont on the ancestral lands of the Abenaki people. Our 30 acres offer miles of walking, hiking, biking, and skiing trails with close access to thousands of acres of pristine wild nature right behind the lodge.
The newly renovated Lodge is designed to inspire. The interior spaces are carefully crafted using local natural materials and decor drawn from the surrounding environment to bring the outside in.
Each room at the Lodge tells a different story. Stories of Vermont. Stories of nature. Stories of time. They are all designed with comfort and sustainability at the core as the owners have partnered with progressive, sustainable brands that put human health at the core of their product experiences.
