Join us for this amazing opportunity to experience deep rest, foster rejuvenation, and receive instruction in consciousness and heart-centered living. We have been hosting weekend retreats online since March 2020 and are so happy to have the opportunity to be together in person again!
This Heart-based Meditation Retreat is focused on how we effortless come into states of appreciation and gratitude. From there we have more energy, more flow and we uplift our relationships and can heal our lives. Appreciation and gratitude are powerfully transformative and contribute deeply to our overall happiness. In this retreat we will learn the easiest ways to grow these. We will also explore what stands in the way of these natural states of being and what we can do to live a life full of gratitude.

These retreats are the best way to get the most out of your Heart-based Meditation practice. They help us refine the practice of meditation and take our consciousness to a higher level.
The weekend is designed around time-tested meditation sequences that include time for personal movement and stretching, breathwork and rest periods to give you the maximum integration benefits. This is an amazing way to deepen your practice and bring deep healing to your nervous system. We also create space for small group sharing to facilitate connection throughout the weekend.
We encourage you to give yourself the gift of retreat as an opportunity to let go of your day-to-day responsibilities and relax. Many have found that this format truly facilitates deep connection, impactful healing and powerful transformation.
About the retreat:
We will begin at 6:30pm on Friday, so please arrive between 6-6:15pm to settle-in.
Saturday lunch & dinner will be provided: simple vegetarian meals, from organic and local ingredients as much as possible.
The retreat ends before lunch on Sunday, around noon.
Location in downtown Montpelier. (New studio opening in October)
You must be a practitioner of Heart-Based meditation or learn the technique before the retreat.
Please attend only if you can make all three days and only if you can ease into and out of the weekend.
About our teacher
I have been a physician, author, healer, counselor and coach. I learned meditation as a teenager and have been practicing it for over 40 years.
In 2007, after noticing how much faster my meditating patients would heal, I undertook to work with a team of highly evolved souls to develop a meditation technique that was easy, practical and accessible. The result was Heart-based Meditation. As I worked with it more, I came to realize how practical and efficient it is in promoting inner peace, happiness and healing.
My goal now is to help people elevate their consciousness and awaken the power of their hearts to find healing, happiness, and enlightenment.

The cost for this retreat, including lunch and dinner on Saturday is : $ 225.
Scholarships and financial support available.
Please note that this is a non-residential retreat and that you will have to find your own accommodations if you are coming from out of town. There are plenty of lovely places to stay in Montpelier! **We do not recommend long commutes as you might feel a little spacey by the end of the day!
To continue making our retreats available online to our greater community, we will be broadcasting the event through Zoom as well.

Covid: We have been successfully hosting retreats since last spring and trust that we will all do what is needed to take care of each other. Of course, please do not attend if you have been exposed or have symptoms! We ask all participants to take an antigen Covid test anytime on Friday before their arrival and will have some tests on hand in case anyone needs to take one upon arrival.
